Sessions
Tight Lines For Healthy Minds
While all Tackling Minds events vary, a typical session will see three volunteer tutors with a group of attendees on a 2:1 tuition basis.
All tackle and bait is provided, although a packed lunch is recommended. We have several partner venues in the area.
Our sessions run throughout the year but during the winter months the sessions are 2 hours long. During the warmer months we will increase our sessions to 3-4 hours. We keep the sessions to a length that we feel is appropriate to the weather as well as the requirements of the organisation attending the session/s.
Tackling Minds requires a 1st4sport Level 2 Angling Coach to facilitate our sessions for legal and insurance purposes
- Our volunteers are qualified 1st4Sport Level 1 and Level 2 Angling Coaches.
